Arrival in Nairobi

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you’ll be welcomed by our transfer driver and taken to your hotel. In the evening, meet your tour leader for a pre-departure briefing and local payment collection.Overnight: Sarova Panafric Hotel or similar

Day 2

Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve

After an early breakfast, depart for Samburu in northern Kenya. Arrive in time for lunch followed by your first game drive in the afternoon.

Day 3

Full Day in Samburu

Morning and evening game drives in search of the rare “Samburu Five”: Beisa oryx, reticulated giraffe, gerenuk, Grevy’s zebra, and Somali ostrich.

Day 4

Samburu to Lake Nakuru National Park

Depart early with lunch packs and drive directly to Lake Nakuru National Park. Enjoy an evening game drive before check-in.Overnight: Sarova Lion Hill Lodge or similar

Day 5

Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara Game Reserve

After a morning game drive and optional stop for a boat ride at Lake Naivasha, continue to the Masai Mara. Arrive in time for lunch and an afternoon game drive.Overnight: Mara Sopa Lodge or similar

Day 6

Full Day in Masai Mara

Explore Kenya’s most famous game reserve. You can choose a full day game drive with packed lunch or split it into morning and afternoon drives.Overnight: Mara Sopa Lodge or similar

Day 7

Masai Mara to Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, return to Nairobi for lunch at the Carnivore Restaurant. Then continue to Amboseli, arriving in the evening.

Day 8

Full Day in Amboseli National Park

Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives with views of elephants and Mount Kilimanjaro.

Amboseli to Tsavo West and Back to Nairobi

Drive through the Shetani Lava Flows into Tsavo West National Park. After lunch and an afternoon game drive, exit the park and return to Nairobi. The trip ends with drop-off at your hotel or the airport.
