Detailed description of every day of your journey
Day 1
Arrival in Windhoek
Upon arrival at Hosea Kutako International Airport, you’ll be welcomed by our transfer driver for a meet and greet. You’ll be transferred to your hotel in Windhoek for your first overnight. At 17:00 hrs, your tour leader will conduct a pre-departure briefing and collect any local payments.Overnight: Arebbusch Travel Lodge or similar.

Day 2
Windhoek to Sossusvlei
After breakfast, you depart Windhoek at 07:30 hrs for the Namib Desert, travelling with packed lunches. You’ll arrive in Sossusvlei in the late afternoon and have time to explore the surroundings or relax as the landscape turns golden during sunset.
Overnight: Sossusvlei Lodge or similar

Day 3
Full Day in Sossusvlei
Start early to catch the soft light of sunrise over the dunes. Visit Dune 45, where you can climb for spectacular views, then continue to Deadvlei, surrounded by towering dunes like Big Daddy and Big Mama. After returning for lunch and a break, you’ll head to Sesriem Canyon for a short walk through this stunning geological formation.

Day 4
Sossusvlei to Windhoek
After breakfast, drive back to Windhoek with lunch en route. You’ll arrive in the evening and check in for dinner and overnight.

Day 5
Windhoek to Etosha National Park
After breakfast, depart for Etosha National Park. You’ll stop in Otjiwarongo for coffee and refuelling before continuing to Etosha Village. After check-in, enjoy an evening game drive in the park.
Overnight: City hotel in Cape Town
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Day 6
Full Day in Etosha National Park
With packed lunches, explore Etosha’s eastern sector. Visit multiple waterholes and enjoy lunch at Halali Camp before continuing to Namutoni. You’ll arrive in the evening after a full day of wildlife viewing.
Overnight: Namutoni Resort or similar
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Day 7
Etosha to Windhoek
Enjoy one final morning game drive before exiting the park. On the return journey to Windhoek, pass through local farmlands and stop at Okahandja, home to Namibia’s largest wood market. You’ll arrive in Windhoek in the afternoon and check in for your final night.

Note: Airport transfer for your outbound flight will be arranged the following day.
